Dr. Rachel Tellez
Optometrist
Dr. Rachel Tellez was born and raised in San Antonio. She graduated from St. Mary’s University in 1986. She then moved to Houston to attend The University of Houston College of Optometry, where she graduated in 1990. After graduation, she returned to her hometown to practice. She is blessed and honored to be able to serve and provide comprehensive eyecare to the families of San Antonio for over 30 years.

Dr. Dalyssa Perez
Optometrist
Dr. Perez was raised in South Texas in the small town of Hebbronville, TX. She graduated from Hebbronville High School as the Valedictorian of the Class of 2011. She then attended the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with Cum Laude honors. Fun Fact: She was also a member of the collegiate cheer squad during that time. After graduation, she attended the UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry where she not only received her Doctorate of Optometry degree, but also found her life passion as being a healthcare provider.

"Diane Diaz assistant manager went beyond customer service. I had a pair of costa sunglasses that failed. Costa stated they didn’t make the model any more as I had sent them pictures and stated I was out of luck to get them repaired or replaced. I googled a Costa dealer near by and found Vision Source. Diane took the time to look at my glasses and called Costa direct they the person stated they still have them in stock. Diane got my sunglasses replaced. It is hard to find service like this nowadays and so happy to get my fishing sunglasses back. Great job Diane and the team at Vision Source Leon Springs."
